  • Manage mortgage loan applications throughout the origination process. This includes file opening, application input, credit retrieval, and the retrieval of loan conditions.
  • Validate each file to ensure accuracy.
  • Reception and recording of incoming communication via company channels.

As a videographer of Growv, your role would be to create engaging and informative videos that promote the company’s services and offerings.

  • Filming video on set and on location: You will be responsible for capturing high-quality footage of various mortgage-related topics, such as home buying tips, refinancing options, and mortgage loan processes.
  • Working with creative teams and clients to plan video shoots: Collaborate with marketing teams, real estate agents, and clients to develop video concepts, storyboards, and scripts.
  • Setting up and taking down cameras, microphones, lighting, props, and other equipment: Ensure that all necessary equipment is properly set up and functioning before each shoot.
  • Editing footage after recording: Use video editing software to refine raw footage into polished videos that effectively communicate key messages.
  • Adding computer graphics, closed captioning, and special effects to footage: Enhance videos with visual elements that make them more engaging and informative.
  • Preparing background film (B-rolls): Capture additional footage to be used as supporting visuals in the final videos.
  • Uploading visuals to company and related social media pages, with approved captioning

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute corporate events that show employee appreciation, internal development, boost morale, and build brand awareness publicly.
  • Establish and oversee venue and vendor contracts. Establish guest list, host guest, create environment for networking and future business.
  • Ensure compliance and budget performance.
  • Coordinate and deliver promotional outline of respective events in full detail outlining plan of execution and investment.
  • Develop press releases and coordinate with both internal and external media distribution channels.
  • Maintain current knowledge of the mortgage and real estate industry, by attending weekly sales meetings

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and troubleshoot web applications ensuring functionality, accuracy, and security
  • Maintain and troubleshoot email sources, VOIP network, and website functionality
  • Obtain, coordinate, and integrate technology provided by lending partners
  • Educate and monitor internal personnel assisting with implementation of technology resources.
  • Maintain current knowledge of mortgage compliance and regulations
